For over two years, with Erie Power Networking as our foundation, we've helped hundreds of local entrepreneurs connect with each other for the sole purpose of growing their businesses with referrals and contacts generated at our monthly "Business Breakfasts." We've served over 3.000 breakfasts and dinners during that time - and watched our members as they grew more confident in their abilities to speak with confidence and authority about their products and services with each other. We've trained them in public speaking, as we allow our members to stand up every month and do a "30 second commercial" about their business before 100 of their peers - and for most of them, their appearance on our radio program is their first experience "on air." The "Better Business Hour" is is not only informative, it is a celebration of hearing the voices behind the businesses in Erie that until a short time ago were never heard from. These people are your neighbors, your peers, and your friends...and are willing to go on the radio to talk about their products and services, and give all of our listeners the "real story" behind their businesses.
